New season Tasmanian Onions to arrive soon!

We are excited to receive our new lot of Pickling Onions straight from Tasmania early next week! We are so proud to source Australian onions, pickle them in our factory on the Gold Coast and distribute them nationwide to all our favorite customers! 

Our aim is to continue to deliver high quality Australian and imported products to Australians and especially to make sure our Pickled Onions have CRUNCH! We hope that you continue to enjoy them for many years to come.

Happy Australia Day to All!

We hope that everyone enjoyed their Australia Day this year! Perhaps it included some all Australian Fehlbergs Pickled Onions?
We received this great picture from Masterchef finalist 2012 Mindy Woods and her Australia Day Seafood Paella that she enjoyed with friend in the park! Looks pretty good to us! Extra Peppadews on ours thanks!

Brisbane Good Food and Wine Show November 2013
 Cooking with MINDY WOODS!
At the Good Food and Wine Show 2013 in Brisbane we had a great time cooking with Masterchef 2012 finalist Mindy Woods! Mindy cooked up a storm, creating three amazing dishes over the weekend that were both simple and delicious using Peppadew Whole Sweet Piquante Peppers.
On the menu: 
Peppadew Spaghetti with Chorizo Sausage
Crostini with Peppadew Pesto
Peppadew Cous Cous Salad with Pomegranate


Everybody enjoyed watching and learning from Mindy as she created the amazing dishes. Once all the cooking was done of course everybody got to try! The samples were gobbled up straight away with a few eager show attendants accidentally eating the bamboo serving boats in the process!  To add a little pep to your next dish why not add some hot, sweet, whole Piquante Peppers that come in both Mild and Hot varieties.
